1.  Download the program by clicking the METOP Online Support program link below.

2.  Start it up on the computer you need to be assisted with. (The computer need an Internet connection)

3.  Call METOP Technical Support Ph No:+46 40 163285

4.  Give the ID to METOP Technical Support.

5.  METOP Technical Support will then connect to your computer and assist you with the problem.
